Account Executive II - Bentonville, AR JOB ID: SC-2009-2104 Job Summary: The position will be responsible for developing and implements a sales, marketing and overall business plan to meet and exceed company goals and objectives at key strategic accounts. This position will also provide analytical support to the Bentonville Based team as well as playing a key role in the communication of account initiatives to the field. Essential Job Duties:
Convey goals and objectives set forth for the accounts Present upcoming promotions Confirm current promotions and retail price points Review service issues and opportunities Review display activity and present new opportunities Communicate national and local marketing events Develop and execute quarterly business program Plan trade planning and spending Communicate with 3rd party distributors Run reports and provide analytical support to the field and the Bentonville Based team Serve as liaison between the Bentonville Based team and the regional sales teams Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (prefer Business or Management degree) Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Account Management Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred Strong analytical, financial, and problem solving skills Category management skills Strong oral and written communication skills Behavioral Attributes: Building Customer Loyalty: Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
