Responsible for all areas requiring design, analysis, and recommendations. Analyze all in-house field issues and provides feedback to Product Engineering Manager. Ensures compliance with NACE, API, ASTM and ASME codes. Recommend improvements in areas of product design. Work closely with field services, manufacturing, and quality to enhance product design and solve design related issues. Communicate technical requirements to vendors on new and existing products. Procure parts and schedule engineering lab time for prototype projects. Work with Order Management on design of new valve applications and/or accessories.
